Easy process to book online. Popped down and was met by Jamal who showed me round and made the whole experience stress free.

I feel that prices are substantially inflated as I was eventually able to negotiate a better price. The first room presented to me was quite clearly not 60sq ft, it also had a sloping ceiling and large steel girder running through the room. When feeding this problem back to your member of staff, I was informed that she 'just worked here'! Your representative eventually and reluctantly offered a replacement room which was better but certainly not 60 sq ft. I was then over charged by approx £15 which I will now have to wait 4 days for my money to be returned to me. Overall - terrible service.

Enquiry handled very good. I filled out a form online and was then called to confirm if I’d chosen the right sized unit. Was upgraded to a bigger unit that was on offer for same price. Really pleased with the service
