Enquiry handled very good. I filled out a form online and was then called to confirm if I’d chosen the right sized unit. Was upgraded to a bigger unit that was on offer for same price. Really pleased with the service
Originally spoke with Ben who was really helpful, he showed us round nothing was too much trouble he made it all very easy. When we came to book in we spoke with Sophie who again was really helpful again nothing was too much trouble. Our first impression was firstly a company that really cares about their customers and the service we received both times was first class. I work in customer service so it's really important to me and I rarely see this kind of service. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

I found the booking easy and staff friendly. But it should be more clear on the site that to rent a storage space will not cost the price on the site. The hidden costs are more like £40 more for any storage space than what is priced on there site. Not happy with the hidden costs.
