Originally spoke with Ben who was really helpful, he showed us round nothing was too much trouble he made it all very easy. When we came to book in we spoke with Sophie who again was really helpful again nothing was too much trouble. Our first impression was firstly a company that really cares about their customers and the service we received both times was first class. I work in customer service so it's really important to me and I rarely see this kind of service. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Sophie was love, help with any issue and gave us a good deal. was brilliant with my two boy tagging a long Very happy so far.

My initial enquiry was followed up immediately by Ben who explained all of the options and what was involved very clearly and it was easy to understand. On loving day we met Sophie who was fantastic! Showing and explaining everything to us that we needed to know.

I have been very impressed from start to finish how my property storage has even handled by Armadillo. I appreciated completing my inventory online to speed up the process when I arrived in Sheffield. I couldn’t praise Sophie more for her help and friendliness on arrival and taking me through the process of registering.

The young lady sophie welcomed us we explained what we wanted and she gave 100% with all our needs I would highly recommend her to any family members or friends

I found the booking easy and staff friendly. But it should be more clear on the site that to rent a storage space will not cost the price on the site. The hidden costs are more like £40 more for any storage space than what is priced on there site. Not happy with the hidden costs.
