Sarah Travis was really helpful and friendly, showing us what to do and explaining everything in the right amount of detail, she kept in touch with us from provisionally booking the room right through to actually signing the contract. She was also incredibly helpful in detailing the contents of the room for insurance purposes (we were both tired and a bit stressed and she made this much easier)

It was easy and Sophie was very helpful explaining everything to the last detail

Ben was really helpful, took my numerous calls with questions and was very patient. He did all he could to advise and ensure I was confident that I'd got all the information I needed. He was a pleasure to deal with and I'd certainly recommend him

The staff members that dealt with us on both occasions we're brilliant, Ben when we we're considering armadillo and Sarah when we came to check in. They were both very attentive and friendly, and gave us plenty of information about the units available. They also gave us great details, regarding the level of security our possessions would be under, and insurance packages that were available for us.
