Clean storage good access helpful staff

This is the first time using storage and Sarah and Sophie made it clear and were very welcoming. It was a small oasis of calm and normality in the busyness of moving.

24 hr access would be S bonus

We were very well informed and given excellent customer service. We were shown different units and our needs were taken in to consideration when selecting the correct storage unit for us. We were made to feel very welcome and at ease with the entire process.

We found a very high level of excellent customer service from Ben. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Ben went through everything with us both when we reserved the unit and when we moved in. He has a lot of time for customers and is really friendly.
