Personalised service. I felt like the staff wanted to do a good job for me. Good communication and explanations. I worked with Ben, Sophie and Sarah on different occasions during the process. Sophie in particular goes the extra mile but all are very professional.

The girl who dealt with our booking from enquiry to the actual hire (Sophie) was very pleasant and explained the process to us in detail. She made the whole transaction very easy and stress free.

How does this detail strength thing work? Does it just increase the more I type, irrelevant of what I actually type? Yes, yes it does. I gave this score because everything was sorted quickly and easily and Sarah was very helpful and friendly As this is my first time hiring storage I don't have experiences of other services in order to compare against, which for me is a pre-requisite for providing a higher score.
