Lighting in the rooms could be an improvement. A fob for the front door instead of an 11 digit to remember is another improvement.

When I was booking over the phone, Ben advised me on the best unit size so I didn't overspend. On the day, I was messed around by the van company so was struggling to make all the plans work for the day. Ben allowed the van drivers to drop my stuff ahead of me being there and come later that day so I could sort my other activities. When I arrived he was so friendly and understanding and even advised me that all my items could fit in a smaller unit and save me money. He explained everything clearly and was so helpful. Brilliant customer experience.

Staff were polite and very helpful. The facility is very clean and tidy and well lit. One of the benefits is that the storage facility is located outside the clean air zone....handy if you are using an old deisel van
