Overall easy to start an account. Staff are very helpful and explain everything well. Even when the lift isn't working, they will do their best to make sure you sort everything out when moving your things into storage.

All staff members we have spoke to on the phone and in person have been very friendly and provided great customer service. Staff also had good patience with us when we was indecisive and when we made a final decision to go ahead with storage they provided a great deal. Very welcoming and felt very comfortable with the sign up process and also just going back and forth to storage.
