From the call the team was so helpful and caring and welcoming just put my mind at ease brilliant team

The terms and explanation of use of facilities was excellent, we initially called at another storage facility but it was all done by phone, not for us we appreciated there being a person to talk to in person

We booked the unit very last minute, very easy process. We asked if we could have a ground floor unit as we had a lot of stuff and Ben sorted it within a minute.

The service I received from all the staff especially Ben has been excellent, totally exceeded my expectations. Nothing has been too much trouble. I have been blown away by the level of customer service I have received on every occasion I have visited the site. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

Overall easy to start an account. Staff are very helpful and explain everything well. Even when the lift isn't working, they will do their best to make sure you sort everything out when moving your things into storage.
