Very smooth process from start to finish. Staff were really helpful

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they made sure to run by everything I was signing so I was comfortable in doing so. They showed me around the premises and made sure I could enter in the pin I was given to access my storage room and be able to lock and unlock my padlock.

Very friendly, explained everything really well, felt in safe hands.
