I've never used a storage facility before and was quite nervous but after my initial enquiry, I felt confident that my needs had been well understood and the staff took the time to explain and show me what to do.
When I phoned the Armadillo West Bar office I'd already spoken to two other storage companies just prior, but Daniel's service and willingness to help instantly stood out and was the reason I made the reservation. Booking was really easy and I was able to provide all of my details online while on my way to the facility. Upon arrival at the facility Stacey and Daniel were extremely friendly and Stacey handled everything extremely efficiently. I was very happy with the service I received.

Emily handled my initial enquiry - and to be honest her phone call took me from 'considering storage' to 'reserving storage'! She was also at the building when we arrived and handled our check in. She explains everything really clearly, went to extra effort to ensure we knew what we were signing up for, and made the process very straightforward and easy.
My entire experience from the initial enquiry till the moving date was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ve had to change my moving date a few times but this was a really hassle free experience.

my initial enquiry to store at this location was handled with great ease and professionalism from the team at this location. Although there was computer malfunction on the day of arrival,the store personal handledall paper work as best as he could.
