Daniel in the Sheffield location was extremely helpful and explained the whole problem easy, online booking was organized and moving into the store was secure by having a security code and easy to navigate.

I registered and moved in on separate days. The reception staff, Jenny was really helpful to let me know the moving process.
Easy to book but moving in can be a struggle because I was unfortunate to get a room that was at the very end of the store, also the trolleys are not completely mobile so they can be hard to manoeuvre easily.
