Friendly and helpful staff. Well organised operations. Trolleys readily available. All in, a very good experience on the day. Easy to use app. Access is great with big lifts and corridors.

We visited Big Yellow Self Storage and were really impressed with the service. Lamine was so helpful and kind throughout the process. His professionalism and friendliness made us feel very welcome, and if we if we decide to take a unit here, it will be largely thanks to Lamine’s excellent support.
