Very friendly staff, easy access

Staff - very friendly and helpful. Ease of use of facilities.

Everything is made very easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All my questions about how it works were answered before I had a chance to ask, either by staff members or instructional videos provided at just the right time. Supplies are available very cheaply in the shop and the 25% discount makes it even better. I honestly couldn't think of any reasonable ways to improve the experience.

tony and ryan were both amazing and really helped me with all the questions i asked and make me feel very welcome i can't wait to start my storage journey. also everyone else who works in the southend branch are very lovely are welcoming.

The staff was absolutely amazing, were helpful and clear on instructions. Everything is well thought out and systematised. Easy parking, moving stuff on the trolleys effortless. Loved the animation on the website regarding what fits in the particular storage size space. After seeing that animation, I didn’t even look for any other companies offering storage rental.
