Firstly, the person on the phone I initially spoke to was lovely and friendly. She was helpful and kind. I felt that she advised me about the unit and terms really well. I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she had what I would describe to be a South African accent.

I was called and advised the store would price match anything I found. Booking the space was easy and simple, the team were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and confident that our stuff would be in safe hands, the moving of stuff was very easy with the trollies able to fit majority of our stuff on at once

Friendly informative straightforward information and advice ,paper work completed on line and finalised on the day .ground floor room plenty of space and trolleys supplied .

I was guided throughout the whole process by the staff at Big Yellow Leigh On Sea A127 branch, Sherri in particular was extremely helpful and made me understand the my storage needs and what i would have to pay and when,
