I was on line and ended up using the Chat function, which was super easy and I had all my questions answered plus extra information given that was relevant. Booking was extremely easy. Staff have been lovely over the phone and in person. Being offered a hot drink on arrival was unexpected and was 'above and beyond'. The actual check in took WAY longer than I expected, especially since I'd checked in online as requested. I think the contracts should have been printed and ready to go for when I arrived rather than everything having to be done once I got there. There was a lot of waiting around, which spoiled the hitherto easy experience.
