It was a very easy process. I started to look for storage at around 3pm and by 5pm all my goods were already in storage. Good customer care.

The lady that I booked with was very accommodating and understanding of my circumstances. From then on Sherri at BYS Southend helped me fill out the online forms and has guided me through the whole process!

Extremely well looked after and friendly staff

I was a bit disappointed with the process as on the form it said that I was getting a ground floor unit and when I got to your building it was on the first floor which made life difficult as I was using the unit for house storage and not just a few bits.

There should be a better way of issuing a code for the lift than on a postit note

Spoke to Tony who was super helpful and sent me every thing I needed Was seen by Sherri who was friendly welcoming showed me round made the whole experience so pleasent even carried the starter pack I brought to my car she was absolutely wonderful so pleasent

I had the fortunate experience of having Sherri take care of my first ever move in to storage. I have found Sherri to be kind, friendly and very helpful. She explained everything to me and as a result my experience has been stress free. I would highly recommend Big Yellow as a storage company as all staff I have dealt with over the phone have been lovely and helpful.
