Online set up was a little complicated. I do not recall being told to bring photo id until the email sent on the day which is too late I’d like me you were travelling from far away. The staff in the southend centre could not have been more friendly or helpful - they were lovely and very professional.

My reason for needing storage was because it was necessary to break a house-move chain. The actual move out of my home was very rapid and not as controlled as I would have wanted. I arrived at Southend depot to be greeted by Samantha who did rush straight into the paperwork but provided a very welcomed cup of coffee. Some of my stress eased away with the coffee. Having never used such a facility I found it very easy to operate the entry and exit procedures.
