Great, clear, concise, friendly, helpful.

i thought that the initial contact call from Sam was very swift courteous informative and freindly . i also got let down by my movers so had to postpone by a day or two and this was handled with no fuss. The checking in was by a very very helpful chap who had clearly been well trained in personal and technical skills . First class service by the guy and the lady . Faultless in every aspect.

I was well informed.

We was greeted by Ross the chap at Southend who handled our enquiry very smoothly and professionally. We was up against time so it was a good choice to make as we didn't have time to hunt around. On the day we agreed to start the contract Ross made everything simple and straight forward. I had a thousand things on my mind, we'd just completed selling our house and had to move fast. Ross was very pleasant and understanding. An asset to your company.

I'd like to praise "Tony". He was the person who dealt with my inquiry. Simply put, he could not have done more. Hold on to him - he's a real asset to you.

During our contact with Samantha, very friendly. She made us relaxed, welcome, offered a cup of tea and supported us throughout . Should us the storage and talk us through the process. Good interpersonal skills.

Its nice to see that customer service is still alive and well. Its a shame you cant bottle some of it and sell it to other businesses, they need it. Tony at Southend on sea was very informative and helpful, explaining everything that I needed on my initial inquiry and Ross was just brilliant ensuring my move in was brilliant.I really felt welcomed. A huge thank you to them both. They made it a very pleasant and easy move. I will only ever use Big Yellow Storage in future.
