As my first time using a storage facility, it all seemed a little daunting at first but the staff were very helpful and friendly and made it so easy. If I had anything slightly negative to say, it would be that the pricing breakdown when I was completing the paperwork and paying wasn't very clear but the emailed invoice that followed the following day sorted all that out!
The staff are efficient and friendly. I feel I can approach the staff with any enquiry I have and it will be dealt with straight away. I would recommend Yellow Storage to anyone. On my last visit, I even received a very welcome coffee!!! Well done Tony and Staff
I thouht the staff were very helpful explaining every thing over the phone, When we got there they were very careful to explain every thing' And showed us different size rooms to help us decide
I am very impressed with the service I have received from the staff at Big Yellow, helpfull, knowledgable and courteous.
I have used big yellow on and off for the last four years to store my complete house contents. Each time I've received fantastic service from Gary, Tony and this time particularly Lucy. This time I needed my storage in a bit of a hurry as my house sale went through quicker than I expected, again the guys excelled themselves getting me sorted out quickly. Really friendly &helpful staff who made check in easy. Had to upgrade to bigger room & this was made easy & affordable. Great cuppa from Gary while we waited for removal men. Excellent!

Clean and tidy environments and Happy, helpfull employees makes any business work and the process of using it an enjoyable one. Great service and ease of use... even programmed the lock to make things quicker and easier.
fair size spaces, flexible over your requirements, helpful too! only thing is my room does nt have a light, as its faulty but other than that good all round service! great security!
