The staff are really helpful and friendly, the long term storage could be cheaper and the music played whilst you are there is rubbish radio would be better. But staff and facilities are spot on a great experience.

This was my first experience of using self storage, but the staff were absolutely top class. Everything was clearly and plainly explained without being overbearing. Friendly and personable while maintaining their efficiency. Excellent , A Pleasure to do business with.

Having decided to use self storage I approached two local companies for information. Big Yellow Self Storage came out on top with the overall value and helpfulness of staff. It was no trouble for them to show me the various options available to me and provide me with the best deal for the period that I wanted to store my goods, overall an excellent service

This is the first time I have used this service and I found the staff helpful and very friendly. The deal I am on presented great value for money and will help me as I transfer to my new life in France.

As my first time using a storage facility, it all seemed a little daunting at first but the staff were very helpful and friendly and made it so easy. If I had anything slightly negative to say, it would be that the pricing breakdown when I was completing the paperwork and paying wasn't very clear but the emailed invoice that followed the following day sorted all that out!

The staff are efficient and friendly. I feel I can approach the staff with any enquiry I have and it will be dealt with straight away. I would recommend Yellow Storage to anyone. On my last visit, I even received a very welcome coffee!!! Well done Tony and Staff
