Had a great experience with southend store, Friendly professional staff and an excellent service, Sherri and Samantha have made me feel very welcome, the rates big yellow provide are very competitive, gets a double thumbs up from me thank you and was a pleasure to meet you all will miss you all.

Perfect place to store your items for in-between moves or just declutter. Sherri, Tony and Sue the rest of the team have always been very helpful and generally just a pleasant experience.

We have found the staff really helpful and friendly - this is our first experience of using a storage unit and would definitely use again. The unit is easily accessible and has toilets which is extremely helpful!
