The team at Staples Corner, NW2 7JP, London were wonderful, particularly Mo, Paul, and Hayad. I arrived early at 8:30 AM To wait for my crate to arrive by lorry, and I was treated very kindly as I waited until 12 noon by the time the lorry arrived. Staff went out of their way to show me how to check in and do all the paperwork quickly, offering me coffee and a comfortable chair as I waited. Check in was quick and easy. Highly recommend. Team superb.

Paul and his colleague were the sweetest and made sure I felt very welcome. They showed me everything and asked all about my needs to ensure I was fully covered! Access is easy and very secure
