Well organised

I had a very positive experience at Big Yellow Staples Corner. Farah and Paul, whom I met on separate visits, were both friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They gave their full attention, answered all my questions patiently, and made the process easy and stress-free. Both took the time to personally show me my unit, explained how to use the entry and exit codes, and even offered me a coffee, which was a kind gesture. I truly appreciated their understanding and calm approach. Excellent customer service—thank you!

Hayad was there for us from the start. She went over and above to help us, as we had to get a bigger unit on the day. She even made us tea on a very cold day! Service with a smile and super fridndly.

Farah and Paul at Staples Corner have been absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and quick to offer discounts and solutions that really fit my needs. They made sure that my experience was efficient and super-friendly — and a much better deal than others in the area =)

Staff incredibly helpful - initial phone call helped with questions I didn't know I had and Farah, who helped when I checked in helped turn a day which could have been very difficult / stressful day into an actually positive experience. Her thoughtful offer of a cup of tea to do the paperwork was greatly appreciated (even though I didn't actually accept it, was nice to be offered) and she was patient and understanding as we went through it.

Our assistant at Staples Corner, Hayad, was brilliant. She was so professional and engaging and positive. We've never used your storage facilities before but she took time to explain everything clearly and made us feel valued. She also met us with the best smile and a lovely attitude which set the tone for our introduction. She deserves a raise!
