The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Particularly the team at Staples Corner. Hayad is brilliant.

My experience was amazing, the staff made sure I was well informed and walked me through the process I had to complete in person with ease. Even tho I was having a stressful day moving my goods, your staff member Olari treated me with kindness and respect which made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Big yellow to everyone I know.

We found the staff friendly and helpful, and the storage area easily accessible. Our only issue is that parking can be difficult, especially at rush hour periods.

I was so impressed with Hayad in the way she helped me and guided me through the licence agreement and showed me the unit which I was not happy with and changed it immediately for a much better one.

Everything was on point. The website is really easy navigate, the information is very straightforward. The prices are very good. The staff is very helpful. Great experience.
