Free cold water whilst we sat and did initial set up. Very smooth process - no silly questions. Not awkward. Nice staff. Good price!

I was worried about the check in procedure and was not so sure of the type of storage but I was attended by Farah who provided all the details in a very clear and friendly way.

Exceptionally great customer service from Olari. What a professionalism and kindness! He went the extra mile as I was travelling the same day, I was in rush and didn't know how to get from Staples Corner. He even checked and wrote down what buses I could get from there. Thank you so much! Great experience; everything went well.
