Shaz was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful, he answered all my questions and ensured we were fully informed throughout the process. He showed me the storage space to ensure it was adequate for my needs, the paperwork process was dealt with professionally and made it feel stress free. Very positive experience with Big Yellow. Check-in process was smooth and the tour/demonstration was really clear and well explained. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, in particular Olari who answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful.
Olari was incredibly informative and friendly. He also helped me save money and helped me with my move by giving me complementary extended hours on my move in day.
