Very positive experience with Big Yellow. Check-in process was smooth and the tour/demonstration was really clear and well explained. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, in particular Olari who answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful.
Olari was incredibly informative and friendly. He also helped me save money and helped me with my move by giving me complementary extended hours on my move in day.
