The attention of Shani (if I remember correctly) and the reception in general was a big plus. They were very friendly and attentive. Facilities are good too.

You called me immediately to make sure I had what I needed. You discussed storage sizes with me and pointed me in the right direction, and the day of coming in the structure of the building, and the people made the move seamless.

The guy who helped was really helpful his name was Sean

It was so straightforward. The person who checked me in was thorough, friendly and helpful and gave me the option to change to a room closer to the lift if necessary. It was all just so easy.
