Mark was very helpful and even took me up to show me the storage space, being willing to use the stairs since I do not like lifts.

The staff are very pleasant and you have plenty of facilities, however, the hidden fees are the reason the "reccomendation" score is low.

Cheap introduction rate Easy to access Friendly staff

I got a quote within minutes online. The quote was the best out of three quotes I got. I went to see the locker, Sean helped me - and I would build a business just to hire him in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Don't promote him because he's great at what he does BUT he should be earning big because he makes money for you, and definitely keeps customers. I was also helped by Rashika (I think) who was friendly and helpful (even navigating your stone-age trolleys through the maze). I don't know who is in charge of talent and your training/L&D but I think they are doing a great job ito recruitment, retention, and training.

I Popped into the staples corner store as I needed urgent storage, Rishani was amazing in showing me around and setting me up right there and then and Sean's amazing personality and banter made the whole experience enjoyable
