A very well-organised system of storage. The whole process was convenient and I found the facilities easy to use. The staff were well-informed, friendly and very helpful. All in all, very satisfactory.

Staff were enormously helpful when I joined - I was in a real rush but they worked really hard to help me open the account and get things into the storage area. Highly recommended.
The member of staff who dealt with us was extremely helpful and polite and could answer every question without any hesitation. We were both really impressed.
Staples corner was easy to use, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The opening hours particularly at the weekend was a little restrictive and there weren't trolleys around when i needed to get my stuff out which meant for extra trips and waiting around. all in all though a good service that I would use again.
