Not much vehicle space, but staff great; easy to use; great location for north London. Can't remember actual space I had - big room which took all my furniture and after a years storage was still in excellent condition when I removed it from the store

I made use of the Staples Corner storage facility for a few years and found it be very helpful as we were short on space at home and needed a safe, clean, secure place to store some of our filing and sporting equipment. The 24 hour access was also very useful as I could usually only make it to the store out of hours.
I was very impressed with the service. Your staff are friendly and the process is very simple and quick. However, I would query your office opening times. As a home mover, I like most people I would imagine do the majority of moving stuff at weekends (as we're not working then). Your weekend opening hours are not that helpful in terms of accomodating this need.
The building is always very clean - both the interior and the exterior are uncluttered. It is brightly lit and as a woman going there normally on her own, the environment feels safe and secure. The location is excellent, and there is always enough car parking space. The reasonably priced drinks machine is always very welcome, especially on a cold day.

I recently stored my household contents in the Brent Cross Branch of Big Yellow. THe staff were always helpful , there was always someone there to give answers to help. The prices were the best i had found and when it came to renewing my contract (I rented one unit and then changed to a bigger unit) the Manager was very helpful in getting me the best deal. Also, because I had rented a unit for quite some time on the day before I was moving my contents out the manager arranged for a temporary unit for some extra items I could not fit into my unit .. it was only for the night BUT a lot of companies would have simply gone by the rules and charged for that. The people at Big Yellow treat you like a customer , like ahuman being EXCELLENT QUALITY, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PEOPLE.
The place is organised and clean. Staff is very helpful. I would recommend Big Yellow services to anyone.
