Late on a Saturday afternoon I had to find somewhere to store some stuff before the Monday. I rang Big Yellow and they couldn't have been more helpful, they even recommended someone to help move the furniture. I would strongly recommend them, tell them what you want and they will get you sorted.
Overall, I would say that the Big Yellow Staples Corner storage facility is quite convenient. It is clean, secure, with good lifts and bright lighting. A significant drawback is that there is nowhere to dispose of packing materials, etc. As I ride the bus to get there, it often means that I am carrying rubbish home with me on public transport. There must be a way that Big Yellow could provide a skip or bin, even if there was a charge for waste disposal.
I have both an office and storage room at Staples Corner and been there for over 2 years. The site is great and very convenient. The staff in particular are amazing. Very friendly and helpful and I enjoy our communication.
I had to store some personal stuffs on a small locker and I found the the Big Yellow team very helpful and friendly. Also they always have been open to discuss a good deal that suits my needs.

Not much vehicle space, but staff great; easy to use; great location for north London. Can't remember actual space I had - big room which took all my furniture and after a years storage was still in excellent condition when I removed it from the store

The building is always very clean - both the interior and the exterior are uncluttered. It is brightly lit and as a woman going there normally on her own, the environment feels safe and secure. The location is excellent, and there is always enough car parking space. The reasonably priced drinks machine is always very welcome, especially on a cold day.
