Courteous and friendly staff

Spoke on the phone to get details and asked for a few days to think. Received a call 3 days later as agreed but still hadn't come to a decision. I didn't feel pressured by arranged to call in the following week when I came to Manchester from Cumbria. Called in yesterday to view and signed up there and then. Anja was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful ????

The service I have received has been excellent, from the initial enquiry onwards. Everyone I have spoke to has been very professional, polite and helpful. This makes a wonderful change to most other companies that offer a similar service and indeed most other companies offering any service.

Robert Galloway has dealt with my booking from first telephone call to moving in. He explained everything very carefully, was very efficient when I arrived with my first load. When he took me to see the room, I was a little worried that it would not be big enough, so Robert offered and showed me a bigger one.
