The initial telephone contact was professional and informative. Upon arrival at the unit Rob your representative was efficient and personable, however, I did find the process long winded especially as I had registered online.

Greeted courteously and everything explained in great detail. The process made easy to understand.

Ben explained everything answering any questions I had. Showed me the unit and talked me through the paperwork.

All contact has been very professional and helpful.

The website was very clear, although there were a few too many follow-up calls to quotes requested for research purposes.

A very straight forward reply to my enquiry and agreement to price match. On the day that I sorted out the booking I was served by a very attentive, pleasant assistant called Anja who really knew her job and was very helpful and great to deal with. On the day we moved in our items the two assistant were very helpful and it everything went very smoothly.
