Everything was very smooth from speaking to Ben on the phone and Then Megan and Liam were a massive help in store. Brilliant facilities would recommend to anyone.

It has all been extremely professionally dealt with. Also you accommodated a last minute change to the unit size brilliantly. Absolutely no complaints with my interactions with staff. Only issues were that one of the lifts was not working which delayed the A Star Removals unloading and returning for 2nd load. Also the car park was full of cars on arrival due to the operating of Hermes. It was a bit of a jam.
