Ben dealt very efficiently and courteously with my enquiry - and remembered me when I arrived. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly.

It has all been extremely professionally dealt with. Also you accommodated a last minute change to the unit size brilliantly. Absolutely no complaints with my interactions with staff. Only issues were that one of the lifts was not working which delayed the A Star Removals unloading and returning for 2nd load. Also the car park was full of cars on arrival due to the operating of Hermes. It was a bit of a jam.

So easy to do, price is great, staff are so helpful and friendly. The space is clean and dry and safe. Can’t fault a thing.
