I thought it was very well handled and my questions were answered clearly.

I made a call to a girl called Lucy and she gave me a run down on everything thing all my questions were answered so shot down there from work and a guy called Ben got me sorted out the whole thing took less than an hour brilliant.

Very well clear out line of what we have to do

Very well. I should have thought a bit more about access times, as when moving contents in to storage we ran late (6pm) and hadn't thought about closure access.

I found all information was clearly and accurately given at all stages. The facilities are clean and easy to use.

I was initially looked after by a man when I nipped in on Thursday morning. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. When I went to “move in” Megan took me through everything I needed to know. She had a very nice manner. All the staff I have come across are very friendly and eager to help.

Initial enquiry was great - instantly told about price match. Ben and Liam were both incredibly helpful and professional. Liam explained everything on moving in day and kept the process simple. Very pleased.
