Excellent customer service, clean accessible rooms, good security measures, free trolley use, packing materials/padlocks etc available to buy on site.

None of my stuff was set on fire in the process and the manager was very friendly and helpful when opening my locker.

The person gave me all the details I needed, the staff were so helpful at a time when I needed a solution to storage enquiries, the staff member Gary was a continued support from enquiries through to storage day completed.

Good access straight from the motorway. Friendly staff always ready to help. Clean/organised storage facility/building/entrance rather than a 'done up mill' which generally don't feel safe or clean. Makes u feel safe personally and makes you feel confident to leave your belongings there.

Impressed with online check-in. Very amenable and helpful check-in at the facility with Liam.

Liam made the experience simple and straightforward. Very well spoken and a great attitude towards customers.
