The member of staff was very welcoming and engaging ... took time to make sure we understood everything and was a pleasure to deal with. He had a good sense of humour too which I like in people fronting larger organisations... makes it all more human

Excellent service and organisation to make everything go smoothly on the day. What brings my satisfaction rating down is solely down to an issue around the padlock. During a phone call prior to moving in I was told I could bring my own padlock but advised the standard of the padlock would need to be checked for insurance purposes. I brought with me a disc padlock as I felt this was the most secure padlock I had. Indeed when I presented this to your staff I was told the padlock was 'too secure.' I was advised you wouldn't be able to remove the padlock should I lose the key or not return for my goods. The padlock had 2 spare keys with it so the likelihood of losing all the keys would be minimal. I was therefore given no option but to purchase one of your padlocks for £13 which is extremely expensive.
Liam was very friendly, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions knowledgeably. Could not fault him. The units are also clean and secure.
Everything about the experience was first class. Very efficient and professional at reception and the storage facilities are clean, secure and very accessible. Whilst the storage fees are not cheap, they are competitive.
Service is excellent and facilities are top quality. Security and process for access is great. Site is clean and tidy, storage space is clean and dry. Score 9 for overall satisfaction as pricing could be cheaper. However, compared with other storage companies, Big Yellow was far cheaper. Staff offered me a 150 SqFt space at the same price as the 125SqFt space as there were no 125 spaces left. Meagan was fantastic; extremely helpful, polite and professional.
Quick and easy to use. Good customer service. Clean, high quality facilities. I ordered the smallest size container (9ft sq) for three months.
I have used another storage provider previously who allow 24 hour access to their units so I find the restricted hours and the fee charged for an extension absurd and with the security coded site I cannot fathom why it is necessary.
