Very good service received so far

The service provided was exceptional and the storage facilities are first rate,overall a very good setup.

Pretty bad...The store staff tried to help but were hopelessly hedged in by the inflexibility of your computerised and genertal system...It took probably over an hour to check in even tho' did quite a lot of check in before online(couldn't complete because not clear how to deal with items like inventory on line)...the insurance easpects were over-completed and unrealistic,the insistence upon a debit card payment for a small deposit(only £157)was particularly inflexible and bad when could have paid cash but kept being refused,it took three attempts eventually and best part of an hour whilst removers were waiting to start and fuming,wanting more money from us potnetially for waiting,etc(!!!),before your system accepted and nearly didn#t happen at all(goodness knows what would have happened then with two removal vans iof furniture and nowhere to put it after 170mls move(!?!))...In a word good at slef-marketing and initial getting business stage,absolutely horrible experience after arrived...not really fault of guys there,it's your too centralised/inflexible system that's the problem...!!!!!!!

very happy ,phone up 0800 number on Sat morning and booked 100sq ft room from that day, lady was very nice and helpful on phone. emailed me all that I needed to do and also gave me idea of price of insurance.
