Excellent

The Big Yellow Box, as we refer to it is a perfect set up both in terms of location and the size of the room I am currently utilising. The Stockport site is so easy to get to, albeit a struggle first thing in the morning due to the volume of people accessing their storage rooms. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Getting in and out of the building ladden with goods is easy due to the trolleys and lifts. Double opening doors on the room make it so easy to wheel the trolley straight in. Highly recommended from my first experience of self storage.

Great customer servive from all the guys, the place is a very pleasant environment to work in, a little dificult to get near the loading bay before 10.00am due to all the couriers taking over, but after that it's easy enough.

Everyone was very helpful. All questions were answered. Storage new and very clean. Removal company recommended was excellent. It couldn't have worked better

Customer service from the 2 or 3 staff I had contact with from the internet enquiry onwards was excellent. The only aspect which spoiled the experience was the use of the facility by large distribution companies who turned up in large numbers at the start of the day making access very difficult if not completely impossible untilvafter 10.00am.

The 8 weeks half price was brilliant but think its a little expensive at full price forthe actual size of the unit . But helpful friendly staff .

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Liam on reception was exceptional in his knowledge and went out of his way to help. His colleague, Kev I think, was amazing and helped us out of a pickle at the end of the day. Well done lads, thank you!

I was happy with every aspect of Big Yellow Storage and being able to take advantage of the 50% off offer, meant that I was able to use the storage facility for longer.
