Customer service from the 2 or 3 staff I had contact with from the internet enquiry onwards was excellent. The only aspect which spoiled the experience was the use of the facility by large distribution companies who turned up in large numbers at the start of the day making access very difficult if not completely impossible untilvafter 10.00am.

The 8 weeks half price was brilliant but think its a little expensive at full price forthe actual size of the unit . But helpful friendly staff .

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Liam on reception was exceptional in his knowledge and went out of his way to help. His colleague, Kev I think, was amazing and helped us out of a pickle at the end of the day. Well done lads, thank you!

I was happy with every aspect of Big Yellow Storage and being able to take advantage of the 50% off offer, meant that I was able to use the storage facility for longer.

The stress of moving has been taken away now I have somewhere to keep everything safe until I know what I actually need and when. Great offers on at the moment so bonus there too. Having never previously used storage facilities, I was unsure what to expect. However, any concerns that I may have had quickly disappeared as I was reassured by the outstanding level of customer service when I registered for the first time. I am equally impressed with what appear to be a first class security arrangements. The units themselves are excellent and are clean,dry and all appear brand new. Everything is exceptionally well maintained. Keep up your standards BYSS!

Very disappointed that the fact that 25sq ft does not mean (despite a phone call made) 5ft x 5ft. In fact the original room allocated wasn't even 25 sq ft but more like 20 sq ft. This was changed and we got a room which was nearly 25sq ft and we got in everything we wanted too. However this could have been VERY embarrassing if we hadn't gone to register the day before the removal men came. Not enough mention is made of pillars and ledges in the various rooms. So NOT impressed by this although everything else was fine.
