The facility is modern and purpose built. The staff very efficient and polite.

Everyone was very helpful in explaining everything and making sure I understood. Ben the store manger was amazing so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble

Did not know about the added prices, they were not explained when discussing the prices for a room.

Very professional and everything fully explained either in the office or in the tour by both Megan and Ben

It is unlikely that my friends will need storage.
