Staff were so pleasant and friendly. Very informed about sizes of units etc. Showed us what he thought we would need and it proved ideal. It seemed such an easy process. Would highly re in end them.

On meeting with Jonathan and Helen for the first time it was so pleasent. They were both very helpful and cheerful. Helen was so helpful when she showed us around the containers, my daughter and myself are looking forward to meeting them again when we take our boxes to the container.

Not clearly made aware of the reduced office hours before move in. The lift has issues and couldn’t access floor 1a, so we had to lift all our possessions up the stairs

Very good. Gemma offered me an alternative to me initial request and then we were able to sign up Instead of going elsewhere

Helen was amazing from start to finish nothing was to much trouble shes is a asset to the company

Both Helen and John went over and above to help us organise a storage locker, even though we were living in USA relocating back to UK. As well as the current lockdown confinement’s, the whole process was stress free....thank you both of you!!
