I booked online then called to the facility. I had a few queries and spoke to a chap called Ben who was absolutely great - really helpful and offering suggestions

All good but a couple of things could have made it a bit smoother.....staff were very nice all through the process but could have explained how the insurance was worked out on the items I had written down on the list to be put into storage....(value of my furniture) There could have been more trolleys of the large ones with only one high wall to one side...I could have been done in half the time if I wasn’t waiting for someone else to finish with it...

I have spoken to several different people with the Central Stockton Store, Scott, Gemma and Helen. I am very happy with the care and compassion they have shown me (I am recovering from breast cancer). They said not to worry about anything, that they would sort everything out for me and they did.

Spoke to Helen on the phone who helped me select the right storage space and explained the procedure of the booking well.

Great service and support

Both reception ladies were well informed, efficient and very pleasant to deal with, at all times observing COVID restrictions. Made the whole process simple and easy to set up.

THE INITIAL ENQUIRY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE ONE FEEL AT EASE IMMEDIATELY. THE BOOKING IN ALSO WENT WITH EASE WITH NICOLA VERY PATIENT AS I REALISED AFTER THAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE ON LINE SO IT DID NOT TAKE SO LONG TO ACTUALLY BOOK IN.OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ARMADILLO AND THEIR STAFF.
