Good location, staff fantastic & can't help you enough. Could do with 2 lifts & few more trolleys & slightly longer opening hours but otherwise superb

i think that the unit could be open longer thn it is and i think it should be open on a sunday because if anything is requiered to be put in or taken out sometimes sunday opening would make that easier. If the units were open later in the evenings this would also be an advantage for people that are working

Very helpful staff and great Facilities. Would be useful if open after 6pm and/or Sundays.

The facility to do the inventory online was very useful as it allowed me to do it at my own convenience and reduced the check in time. The ability to print the inventory at a later date after check in would also be useful as I added items at the last minute.

! was worried my storage wasn`t big enough but my son put his tetris skills to good use and got everything in. Found some of the carts a bit awkward, but soon got the hang of it and quickly developed the skills of unloading the car and transfering the boxes in double quick time. Remarkably painless and straightforward.

I have found the whole experience of using Armadillo fantastic, from the initial contact regarding a quote right through to check in. The facility is fantastic value for money also. I would recommend this facility to anyone. My only criticism would be that it doesn't open on a sunday and only opens until 6pm on an evening.

Staff where really helpful in giving me more info about the latest deals,I appreciated the phone call and reminder emails when usually it would annoy me when a company does that, with the armadillo team it was never a pushy sale.Great location, only niggle would be it would be useful if it opened on a sunday.

Very quick and easy to check in and very helpful staff. Clean and tidy.

Everything is great, apart from the fact I would have liked 24 hour access ideally. But if that's not important, then it's almost 5 stars from me!

The staff were very helpful and allowed me to look round and find which size store room was best suited for my needs. Booking in was easy and no problems since. Just wish the facility was closer to home!
