My wife and I decided to put some items into storage , as we have never used such a service before , we didn't know how to proceed. We chose this company after looking around and talking to the staff who were very friendly and took time to explain what was needed to store our items. Whilst deliberating we were contacted twice by the company, which resulted in us making a decision to store our items. We were shown the different sizes of the lockers ,and chose one suitable for our needs The company portrays a very professional operation and the staff we had contact with were excellent, patient while we decided which options suited us, and very polite. i have never used storage before as didn't think they would be secure but armadilo are great. The staff are so helpful they make sure you understand everything before you leave going the putting in the code to get in to working the lift i would recommend armadilo to anyone who needs extra space its clean well lite and tidy

This suited our short term need to store furniture when my sons new house was not ready. The only slight problem was the lift was a little difficult to use by my wife.

The staff were very helpful and courteous, In the review below it state would you use us again i have ticked yes although if there was a may be box this would be the one i would tick. The main critiism i have is the opening times, Due to work and distance we have to travel to get to the site it is nealy always closed by the time we would get there. It is closed on sundays and early on saturdays. We nearly went with one of your main competitors even though it was a lot further away and the main reason for this was the opening times.

I found it hard to believe that such service was still available in this day and age. Our experience at Stockton was incredible, the staff, especially Scott the manager could not have been more helpful during our stressful time of moving house and having to store our stuff. I can only give the highest recommendation and if the rest of the company are as good then they are unbeatable.

I was moving house on a Monday and wrongly assumed that you would be open on Sundays. I had a van booked for the weekend so this was obviously not convenient. I cancelled the van for Sunday and had to take Monday off work to complete my move. Many business's are now open Sundays even if only for a half day. I can't understand why you do not open.
