Check-in was straightforward. Very friendly staff although I think they could use more than 1 staff on duty in the reception. Move was hassle free.

the trollys are remotely dumped sack barrow is also being dumped..in the event of fire then the trollys should be removed away from the door in emergency situation message displays would be organized to customers to put the trollys back after use

The container was a good size for what I wanted. I was shown the container before I rented to make sure it would meet my needs. Only downside is it can be a bit dark in there. Bearing in mind I am located on the main thoroughfare, I would hate to think how dark it would be in the bowels of the unit. Easy solution was to buy a battery powered camping lamp.

During busy periods (SAT am) there didn't appear to be enough LARGER trolleys. Could also do with a 2nd cargo lift (to stop long periods of waiting - especially when people hog the lift and dont close the doors when they have finished using it), Although being an existing building, it would be difficult! to install another lift. Otherwise this place is 10/10!

My wife and I decided to put some items into storage , as we have never used such a service before , we didn't know how to proceed. We chose this company after looking around and talking to the staff who were very friendly and took time to explain what was needed to store our items. Whilst deliberating we were contacted twice by the company, which resulted in us making a decision to store our items. We were shown the different sizes of the lockers ,and chose one suitable for our needs The company portrays a very professional operation and the staff we had contact with were excellent, patient while we decided which options suited us, and very polite.
