I needed to book storage for my home move over the phone as I was living 300 miles away at the time, the communication was great. The customer support team were so helpful. On the day of my move things didn’t go as planned and I needed to use the out of hours system, no problem, it was easy to understand and everything went smoothly. Really put my mind at rest. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly. The unit is clean, secure and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, received a phone call a few minutes after receiving quote. I'd selected the wrong unit but the lady I spoke to was still very helpful, talked through everything with me, and sorted everything out when we agreed to take out a contract. On attending the unit the gentleman who dealt with us was also very helpful, took us through to the see the unit, etc. Very friendly. Very impressed with everyone we have dealt with.
