I was told and then shown all available options till I was happy with the space. I was given price options as well so I could pick what fit me. Very happy with the service so far.

The people I dealt with were extremely helpful as I have never used a self storage facility before. The booking was very straight forward and eased a very stressful situation.

Alan the manager was very accommodating, made the whole process easy. Poppy who i dealt with on arrival was excellent a refreshing change to deal with someone so helpful, clear a real pleasure.

We used the storage facility earlier in the year and needed to use them again at the weekend. Alan ( Manager at Stoke) was very courteous and organised. Prompt at replying to my queries.

The staff were lovely really took the stress of having to move everything. Explained everything to us and simple process of paperwork . Helping decide what size we need as just could not work that bit out . Highly recommended
