I'v never used storage before but Megan and Poppy were really helpful in explaining how it worked on the phone.

This was the first time i had ever used a storage facility and Poppy explained how it worked and was very patient with my endless questions. Excellent first impression.

The store manager, Alan, was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Your system went down during my registration at home whilst my husband was loading all of our furniture into a van leaving me very concerned that we might not be able to complete the hire of the storage and as your phone number wasn’t accepting calls we drove to the site and hoped for the best. Alan had a very easy manner and calmed my fears immediately by dealing with us very efficiently.
