the team is excellent, very professional and extremely helpful. due to bereavement I was not able to move into storage unit at agreed date. the team were very understanding and helpful. everything was explained fully and led to a stress-free experience when moving into the storage space. the team at stoke on trent is an asset to the company.

I spoke to alan initially and he was very helpful and made it really easy to do. When we came to armadillo Alan and megan were so helpful they made a very stressful time less stressful cant thank them enough

Very quick and easy, found the site online, an e-mail with a quote and a booking confirmation. On the day, paperwork was checked and sorted very efficiently. Very professional team happy to help where they can. Also, secure, tidy and easy to navigate facility.

very well. very helpful and pleasant staff to greet us and assist with the handling over of the storage unit with the signing of the contract and all covers and lock available upon taking the storage unit over. made the process very easy and stress-free. would highly recommend storing at armadillo storage.

Very well, alan was easy to talk to, didn’t pressure any decisions and was more than accommodating to negotiations to makes things easier.

Quickly and informative. Was simple to arrange. Although some times did feel too ‘sales man’ like but I guess that’s what the staff are told to do. Note: check in online does not work properly and was hounded with emails even though I’d already done it.
