Staff were fantastic through the entire process with a friendly service and made it all stress free which under the circumstances for the move was great.

Very well handled, Alan was helpful in difficult circumstances and calm even with a last minute change to the size of container needed.

Website was very easy to use and I received a backup courtesy call within hours of booking. On the day I moved my stuff into the storage space Alan from the Armadillo team was there to greet me, was very efficient and dealt with all the booking in procedures quickly. He is a credit to your organisation.

Super helpful staff at the desk Megan was really friendly and gave lots of great advice and help, as was Alan. They both were very welcoming and made the registration process very simple and clear. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Will def use Armadillo again in the future. Frank Laverty

I enquired online as I needed storage on the same day, I instantly got a phone call to tell me to go to the storage unit to have a look. I was very impressed with how secure the building was and also impressed with the customer service from the store manager, Alan. Very straight forward with the paper work, would definitely recommend to people who are in need of storage space.

The staff at Stoke-on-Trent storage were very helpful,friendly and professional when dealing with my enquiry, everything was explained very clearly.
