Alan the store manager was exceptionally helpful. As a student miles away from home and with the current situation of Covid19 I was incredibly worried about what would happen to my possession in Halls. Alan patiently explained the process and answered my simply questions. He made this whole experience very easy and I would be using Armadillo Stoke again whilst I am a student to store my possession during the summer break.

Megan was really helpful from the beginning, she talked us through all the options available and answered all our questions before we had to asked them. She was friendly, helpful and really seemed to care about our situation. Very professional.
