I mainly dealt with Megan, who was extremely helpful. She appreciated the stressful situation and dealt with me in a friendly & kind manner. I feel confident that I can call at any time should the need be with any questions & she will advise me to the best of her ability. Poppy makes a nice cup of tea too...! ? x
