The members of staff I dealt with (Poppy and Nina) made the entire transaction as easy and stress free as possible. From he initial phone call to my check in. They were warm and helpful. They took the time to get to know my situation and had a very pleasant chat with them whilst setting up my storage experience. A pleasure to do business with.

I mainly dealt with Megan, who was extremely helpful. She appreciated the stressful situation and dealt with me in a friendly & kind manner. I feel confident that I can call at any time should the need be with any questions & she will advise me to the best of her ability. Poppy makes a nice cup of tea too...! ? x

The staff were extremely helpful and patient. This was a very new experience for me and I really appreciated how well I was treated by Poppy and Megan. Any move is difficult so any stress reduction is very welcome. The removal service run by Mark and his assistant Geoff made the move even better. A good price and excellent professionalism. The job was done as swiftly as humanly possible. Above and beyond regarding the piano!! Which I really needed to keep as it was my grandad. Pleasant and professional. Ready to help in any way. Thank you.

The process from enquiry to moving into the storage was amazing. Experienced and knowledgeable staff certainly know how to make a stressful time stress free... Enquired Tuesday, booked Wednesday moved Friday... SUBERB

Nina could not have been more helpful, kind and polite. She sensed how stressed I was, she reassured me and made it all so easy for me. She went above and beyond the call of duty by making us s lovely cup of tea and some of her own biscuits. I can’t thank her enough. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone

Initial phone call was very good everything explained in a pleasant informal manner. The follow up visit to the storage unit was also a very pleasant experience the staff were very approachable and informative in giving details of the units.
